Milano Contemporary Ballet is an international training program which aims to provide young dancers with the necessary tools to complete their training and increase their potential.

 

An eight-month program for dancers of at least 18 years of age who want to make a step further into their training, with a look at the world of work. In this sense, Milano Contemporary Ballet offers the opportunity to study and, at the same time, to increase one's own work experience  thanks to the participation in festivals in Italy and abroad, theater performances, events, collaborations with artists, fashion brands and the Italian and international dance and music scene.

THE TRAINING

 

Milano Contemporary Ballet is a daily program which includes ballet technique, with the aim of training contemporary dancers, modern and contemporary techniques, floor work, partnering, choreographic composition, research and improvisation technique.

The attention to a very physical work is a pivotal element of our program, and that is why, in addition to the dance classes, the program offers lessons of biomechanics, anatomy, movement analysis and physical preparation.

 

We focus on putting our dancers in touch with the panonarama of international dance by organizing masterclasses with performers and choreographers from international companies such as NDT, ULTIMA VEZ, COMPANY WAYNE McGREGOR, VERTIGO DANCE COMPANY and many others.
